How To Apply
Interested in participating in any of Culver-Stockton’s study abroad trips? Here’s what you need to do:

1. Attend informational meetings that will be announced on campus before the trip.
   
   
2. Go to MyCulver and complete the personal information forms listed below. New students may contact us for information.
   
   
   • Required Forms
     • Biographical Information
     • Release Form
     • Health Statement (allergies, medications, physical conditions, etc.)
     • Faculty Evaluation Form
     • Endorsement by Dean of Student Life
     • Student Payment Form
