Academic Credit Transfer
Missouri Study Abroad Intercollegiate Consortium (MOSAIC) - Culver-Stockton is a member of an eight- institution consortium along with Central Methodist University, Columbia College, Fontbonne University, Hannibal LaGrange University, Maryville University, Missouri Valley College, and Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. The mission of MOSAIC is to provide a range of summer programs, staffed by faculty from member institutions and open to all collegiate students.
Central College Consortium-The Central College Abroad Program is a cooperative agreement with Central College in Pella, Iowa. Students can study at colleges in such locations as Wales, Spain, Austria, France, Ghana, England, the Yucatan, and the Netherlands. C-SC has a reciprocal agreement with the consortium so that all credits transfer. For more information visit www.central.edu/abroad.
Semester at Sea – Students can enroll in a floating classroom traveling around the world with 700 other students for a semester. For more information visit www.semesteratsea.com.
Other Study Abroad Programs- If a student chooses to study abroad in a program different than above, C-SC will communicate with the program prior to the departure date to verify the credibility of the program and to ensure all credits transfer.
Short-term Culver-Stockton Study Abroad Courses-
C-SC offers study abroad courses planned by a member of the faculty. The courses are based on our curriculum and are normally worth 3 credit hours. The prices of these courses vary, but it is the intent of the college to keep prices as low as possible.
