Download Application: If you do not wish to submit your application online, you can download the application in a PDF (Portable Document Format) by clicking here.

Request an application be sent to you: Click Here to send an e-mail to Admissions and we will send you a paper application in the mail. Please be sure to include your name and address information in the e-mail.
Transfer students need to send an official copy of their transcript from all prior institutions, including community/junior colleges. Transfer students with 24 or more hours from an accredited college will not be required to send a high school transcript.
