We have number of art scholarships available for incoming freshmen and transfer students. Throughout the year the art faculty evaluates art portfolios (in a portfolio case or as individual examples of artwork) and offers scholarships to a number of incoming students. Students seeking an art scholarship must declare art as a major or minor area of study. Scholarships range from $1,000 to $1,750 annually.

If you are interested in an art scholarship, bring 6 to 12 pieces of your best artwork to campus for a portfolio review. If you do not plan to visit campus in the near future, please send us samples or your work in by e-mail or regular mail with slides, digital photos, or a video of your artwork. Send to the attention of the Art Department.

If you have questions about a portfolio review, please contact one of the Art Department faculty or talk to your admissions counselor.
