Welcome to the website for the Division of Fine Arts at Culver-Stockton College. Culver-Stockton has a long tradition of excellence in fine arts; I am a graduate of this program and it holds a special place in my heart because I know how it molded me as an artist. From this website, you can learn about our outstanding academic programs in art, music, theatre, and our unique, interdisciplinary program in arts management. We offer a full slate of opportunities for majors and non-majors in the fine arts. Our faculty members are highly dedicated and have a knowledge founded in experience as well as training from some of the great institutions of higher learning. We have many alumni who are highly successful in their chosen fields. We also offer generous scholarships to students who are active in the visual or performing arts.
At Culver-Stockton College, our success in the fine arts comes from our ability to provide the tools and the environment for our students to develop their own creative outlets. We have and will continue to transform students of promise into well-prepared and mature artists. I am living proof of that promise as are the hundreds who have followed me across the graduation platform into successful careers and lives.
I urge you to explore the website. If you see something that engages you, take the time to come for a campus visit. See the campus and its beauty overlooking the Mississippi River. Sit in our classrooms and see what Culver-Stockton has to offer you. Meet with one of our outstanding faculty members. Visit with the students who are already taking advantage of what we have to offer. Choosing a college is one of the biggest decisions of your life.
