C-SC to showcase graduating seniors’ artwork

CANTON, Mo. – Culver-Stockton College senior art majors will display their artwork during a senior art exhibit held Saturday, March 20, through Friday, April 9, in the Mabee Art Gallery, located in the Herrick Foundation Center on the C-SC campus. An opening reception will be held on March 20, at 7 p.m. Students will give presentations about their work at 7:30 p.m.

Seniors participating in the show are Celeste Amen, senior graphic design major from Badger, Iowa; Annette Clawson, senior studio art major from Middleton, Iowa; Brittany Darnell, senior art major from Lewistown, Mo.; Heather Luft, senior art education major from Keokuk, Iowa; Erin McLaughlin, senior art education major from Winfield, Mo.; Mindy Miller, senior art major from Quincy, Ill.; Susan Minor, senior art education major from Louisiana, Mo.; Andrew Rutherford, senior graphic design major from Decatur, Ill.; Laura Scherer, senior art major from Industry, Ill.; and Amber Smith, senior art major from Quincy, Ill.

The show will include artwork from several different media including, graphic design, photography, painting, ceramics, drawing, and printmaking.
