Rev. Geoffrey Mitchell to speak at C-SC Lenten Assembly

CANTON, Mo. – Reverend Geoffrey Mitchell, senior minister at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Keokuk, Iowa will speak during the Lenten Assembly, Thursday, April 1, at 11:30 a.m. in the Merillat Chapel, located in the Performing Arts Center on the Culver-Stockton College campus.

Rev. Mitchell has been involved in the First Christian Church since 1984; he became an associate minister at the First Christian Church in Keokuk, Iowa in 2007. He currently teaches the Saturday Night Alive contemporary worship service as well as Sunday worships. He is involved in the leadership and discipleship of the church and leads the gospel class with his wife, Marissa.
