C-SC lecturer presents at St. Louis educators conference

CANTON, Mo. -- Dr. Susan Deege, Culver-Stockton College senior lecturer in business, was a presenter and panel facilitator for the Marketing Management Association’s Fall Educators' Conference held in St. Louis on Sept. 21-23. She joined educators and marketing professionals from the United States and Canada for a three-day conference dedicated to sharing knowledge about marketing practices, marketing ethics, research and teaching methods. She presented information about Facebook and Skype during a presentation titled Effectively Using Social Media in Classroom Instruction.
Deege holds a doctorate in workforce education from Southern Illinois University, a master’s in marketing from Northwestern, a master’s in management from National-Louis University, and a bachelor’s in advertising from the University of Illinois. She is in her third year of teaching at Culver-Stockton College.
