Guest speakers at Culver-Stockton focus on international issues

CANTON, Mo. -- Culver-Stockton College will host David and Merry Fredrick for Re-evaluating America’s Role in the Developing World. This discussion will be held Thursday, March 22 beginning at 4 p.m. in Meaders Lounge inside the Gladys Crown Student Center on the campus of Culver-Stockton College. David Fredrick is a retired Foreign Service officer (State Department/Agency for International Development and Peace Corps) and has served in Morocco (Country Director), Senegal, Thailand, Yemen, and Zaire. Merry is the executive director of Self-Help International, an ecumenical nonprofit organization focusing on the alleviation of hunger and sustainable development in Ghana and Nicaragua.

This event is free and open to the public.
