About the Program

The Master of Education Degree is designed to provide in-service teachers with an elevated level of experience in educational theory and methods to further develop their teaching skills for implementation in their classroom learning environments.

The Master of Education is to prepare teachers to:

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Evaluate programs and practices for student success
  • Conduct relevant action research
  • Enhance critical thinking in a positive learning environment
  • Integrate advanced pedagogical and technological practices into curriculum
  • Improve instructional methods

Resources

Along with the experienced faculty, students have many resources to help them excel, including academic and career counseling. M.Ed. students have full access to Culver-Stockton’s library, including online bibliographic databases with full-text capabilities.

Tuition and Fees

No Application Fee
Tuition Per Credit Hour: $400
Technology Fee Per Course: $100 (fall, spring, summer)

C-SC students can complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). To apply for Federal Aid, visit FAFSA.ed.gov
