The intramurals program is designed to give students the opportunity to participate in athletic events in order to develop leadership skills, teamwork and sportsmanship. There are several ways to get involved from competitive to recreational skill levels with Men’s, Women’s, and Co-Rec divisions.
All students, faculty and staff of Culver-Stockton College are eligible to participate in intramural events as long as you are not a student athlete on an intercollegiate team in the sport being played. It’s always fun for our students to compete with and against their faculty. You really get to see a whole other side to each other through intramurals.
There are several league events where you compete with a team over a couple of weeks. Typically those include:
- 5v5 Basketball
- Indoor Volleyball
- Slow-Pitch Softball
- Floor Hockey
Individual or Team Events
There are also many one-day events for individuals or teams. Those include:
- Recreational Games (Spikeball, Cornhole, Disk Golf)
- Sand Volleyball
- Wiffle Ball
- 3v3 Basketball
- Esports (Madden, NBA2K, FIFA, etc.)
- Ultimate Frisbee
