Clair joined the Advancement and Alumni team in 2025 as the Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations. As part of her studies at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Clair's thesis titled "Exploring the Correlation between Civil Unrest and the Mobilization of Hate in the United States" was published in the winter of 2022.
