Background
Melanie Lechtenberg joined Culver-Stockton College administration in September 2023. They are dedicated higher education executives with experience spanning enrollment management, financial aid, university advancement, and academic administration. Currently serving as the Vice President for Enrollment Management, they provide strategic leadership in institutional enrollment and marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining C-SC they spent 17 years in key leadership roles at the community college level, serving as the Dean of Records, Registrar, & Financial Aid. Their extensive career also includes an 18-year tenure in private higher education, where they advanced to Associate Vice President for University Advancement, successfully serving in areas of a capital campaign, annual fund, and grant development.
Lechtenberg holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management, both from Quincy University. Actively involved in the community, they currently serve on the Quincy Symphony Orchestra Board and maintain memberships in multiple national and state associations.
