Background
Michelle Kirkham serves as the Director of Development at Culver-Stockton College, where she focuses on building meaningful relationships that strengthen philanthropic support and advance the College's strategic funding priorities.
She brings more than a decade of experience in strategic marketing, fundraising, and donor engagement. Her professional background includes major gifts, annual giving, grant writing, alumni engagement, and event planning. Throughout her career, she has helped secure philanthropic and grant support for scholarships, academic initiatives, and institutional priorities, while leading annual giving initiatives that contributed to record-setting fundraising years and sustained growth in annual fund support. Her work centers on cultivating strong partnerships with alumni, donors, and community stakeholders to create lasting impact.
Michelle's experience in scholarship fundraising spans the Tri-State region. She also has a background in advocacy efforts supporting anti-bullying initiatives and at-risk youth programs. She serves on the board of the Tri-State Area Fundraising Professionals and is committed to advancing philanthropy that expands opportunity and strengthens communities.
A graduate of Culver-Stockton College, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credential.
