Background

Parker has spent nearly a decade working with clients 1-on-1 as an evidence-based practitioner in the roles of trainer, coach, and sports nutritionist. His experience encompasses in person, online, and hybrid settings, across the United States working with nearly 300 people of varying backgrounds, goals/ambitions, ages, experience levels, and health conditions. Such populations include athletes from youth to collegiate, adults with chronic medical conditions, marathoners and ultra-endurance athletes, competitive powerlifters and strongmen competitors, and aspiring bodybuilders. Parker is an active member of both the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), United States of America Weightlifting (USAW), and International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) to which he holds the respective certifications: CSCS, USAW-L2, and CISSN. In addition, he also holds 3 certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) including Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Parker intends to eventually pursue a degree in dietetics to become a registered dietitian (RD) to further his expertise and scope of practice within the world of nutrition.
