Background
RJ Melton joined Culver-Stockton in February 2023. He is the Offensive Coordinator (2024-Present) and Offensive Line Coach (2023-Present). He was also a Student Success Coach from 2023-2024.
Melton previously worked at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas from 2019-2022. During that time he coached Tight Ends, Running Backs, and Offensive Line. He was also the Athletics Admission counselor for all sports at Hardin-Simmons. Before Hardin-Simmons University, Melton was a High School Teacher and Coach in Breckenridge, TX in 2018.
Melton lives in Canton, MO with his wife, Morgan Melton. Morgan is an elementary teacher at Canton RV.
