Background
Tammy Ellison joined the Culver-Stockton faculty in August 2003 as the acquisitions librarian. She became the director of instructional technology and design and a lecturer in instructional technology and design in 2014. She teaches courses on instructional technology and introduction to research.
Before coming to Culver-Stockton, Ellison served as a licensed lay minister for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and was a substitute teacher.
Ellison is one of the coaches of the Canton River Runners and an active member of the Canton Council of Churches. She and her husband, Jim (also a Culver-Stockton graduate), live in Canton, Mo., where they operate a lawn care and snow removal business. They have six children, including a current C-SC student. She enjoys fitness and working outside.
