Background
Teresa Koltzenburg joined Culver-Stockton in February 2025. Her background in marketing and communications spans higher education, healthcare, and journalism. Koltzenburg previously held marketing and public relations roles at Purdue University, the American Library Assn., and Western Illinois University. She has worked in editorial, journalism, videography, and marketing roles in Chicago, Indiana, and across the Tri-State region. She also serves as adjunct faculty at Culver-Stockton and Quincy University.
She is an active member of the community, serving on the Rotary Club of Keokuk board and as a two-time president. She is also a former member of the Keokuk Area Chamber of Commerce executive board, and she has served as a Big Sister in the Boys & Girls Club in Illinois.
