Background
Dr. Hu started at Culver-Stockton College in August 2026. He teaches Human Anatomy and Physiology within the Department of Biology.
He previously taught anatomy and physiology at Loyola University Chicago (2020-2023) followed by Eastern Illinois University (2023-2026). He is a member of the Human Anatomy & Physiology Society (HAPS). His research interests include antibiotic resistance and diabetes mellitus.
He discovered his passion for teaching after deciding to leave a career in clinical medicine during his residency. Dr. Hu resides in Quincy, IL with his four cats. He enjoys hiking, reading, and board games.
