The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program is designed to fit your schedule. We understand each student is unique and deserves to be included. With five (5) start dates per year, a fully asynchronous course schedule, and the flexibility to take one to two courses each 8-week term all you need is access to a computer and internet to begin your path to success!
