
Rachel Roundtree ’18, M.Ed.’24
Culver-Stockton College will showcase the artwork of alumni Rachel Roundtree ’18, M.Ed.’24 and Nevin McNally ’20 in an exhibition opening Saturday, Oct. 17 at the Mabee Art Gallery on the C-SC campus.
An opening reception is set from 3 to 5 p.m. (Oct. 17), featuring a gallery talk at 3:30 p.m. The exhibition runs through Dec. 1 and is open free to the public.
The exhibition showcases the creative work of two Quincy, Illinois-based alumni.
Roundtree, a 2018 and 2024 graduate, is a multimedia artist, art educator, and director of education at the Quincy Art Center. Her background includes graphic design, watercolor, and ceramics. For this exhibition, she presents a series of decorative ceramic vessels exploring form, texture, imperfection, and the unique qualities of Guan glaze.

Nevin McNally ’20
McNally, who earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from C-SC in 2020, also works at the Quincy Art Center, where he assists with exhibitions and teaches drawing, painting, and ceramics. Working primarily in oil on canvas, McNally displays vibrant and whimsical paintings inspired by the Latin phrase memento mori, exploring themes of mortality, beauty, and the importance of embracing life through expressive color, composition, and imagery.
The Mabee Art Gallery is open Monday–Friday from 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
