CANTON, Mo. — Culver-Stockton College’s Office of Financial Aid is offering students help with their financial aid on Wednesday, Dec. 4 and on Wednesday, Jan. 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. in Room 208 in the Herrick Foundation Center.
Students and parents will receive assistance in filing their 2020-21 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) forms. They will need to bring with them their 2018 tax forms and W-2s, and their Federal Student Aid ID usernames and passwords. They also will need to know their current balances of cash, savings and checking, as well as the net worth of their investments.
Students are asked to contact the Office of Financial Aid if they plan to attend either meeting. This meeting is open to the public. Culver-Stockton’s priority filing deadline is February 1. Most financial assistance is given on a first-come-first-served basis to admitted students, so it is beneficial to file early to maximize what a student is awarded.
