Submit Your Abstract

The abstract submission form is open NOW through 11:59 PM CT Friday, March 29, 2024.

General Guidelines for Abstract Submissions

1. For the submitting author, include your name, institutional affiliation, and your Faculty Sponsor. Any additional authors will be listed separately.
2. Include your title in the title case as you would like it to appear in the program.
3. Abstract should be no more than 250 words.
4. Indicate the broad discipline your presentation fits. We will try to put a similar presentation together in the concurrent sessions.
5. At the end of the form, indicate any scheduling requests you may have. We will try to accommodate these scheduling requests, but please understand we are not able to guarantee any individual request. We will do our best!
