Joshua Villarino

Josh Villarino joined the Culver-Stockton College staff in June 2025. Originally from Seattle, Washington, he brings a deep passion for student life and building up leaders. Previously, he served as an RA for 2 years on campus while a student.

He is incredibly grateful to serve in a role where he can encourage and empower students. Devoted to being in every student’s corner, Josh strives to support their growth not just as athletes or students, but most importantly, as individuals.

Outside of his role at Culver, Josh serves as a worship leader at his church, blending his love for music and ministry. A proud Seattle Seahawks fan, he enjoys building meaningful relationships and walking alongside students throughout their college journey. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and serving others.
