Canton State Bank recently donated $1,000 to Culver-Stockton College, an annual donation to C-SC’s Student Scholarship Fund. Carolyn Schaller ‘03, President of Canton State Bank, presented the check to President Kelly M. Thompson. “We are elated to have such strong support from within our local community,” said President Thompson. “Thanks to generous gifts like this, we are able to continue educating the future generation of students.” C-SC’s Student Scholarship Fund is an annual campaign to support student scholarships. One-hundred percent of gifts to the fund are used to provide scholarships and grants for C-SC students. More than 90 percent of students at Culver-Stockton receive financial aid from the College. Over 90% of C-SC faculty and staff contribute each year to the fund, as well as generous support from alumni and friends. Canton State Bank, along with other local organizations, is one of many annual contributors. The student scholarship fund campaign for 2016-2017 ends on June 30th. Those interested in giving to the student scholarship fund may do so by Friday, June 30, 2017.
