Culver-Stockton College (C-SC), a private liberal arts college offering 80 major and minor tracks, will invite prospective students to learn more about the Wildcat campus community during a special event set for 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Oct. 9.

Explore The Roar

The college’s annual “Explore the Roar” day will allow high school students an opportunity to see the campus, meet with faculty, students, and staff, and ask questions about the opportunities available at C-SC.

“Selecting a college after graduation is a very important decision and can sometimes feel overwhelming. That is why we feel it is essential to give students an opportunity to experience campus life up close and personal during this special event,” said Melanie Lechtenberg, vice president for enrollment management. “Visitors will have a chance to become more familiar with our hands-on learning approach and our unique 12+3 academic calendar structure while participating in fun activities and enjoying the views from the Hill.”

The day will begin with a campus tour with a Wildcat Ambassador, followed by a question-and-answer session with C-SC admissions counselors. Students will then break out into divisional activities at 11:20 a.m., before they have lunch on campus at 12:30 p.m. Visitors during the event will then have the option to stay for a special Fine Arts Day event from 1-3 p.m. on campus.

Registration for “Explore the Roar” is required and can be made by visiting culver.edu/visit. All questions can be directed to the Admission Office at 800-537-1883.
