Culver-Stockton College’s Camerata 808 is set to deliver an evening of innovative and experimental music with its final concert of the spring 2024 semester on May 7. The concert will take place at the idiosyncratic time of 8:08 pm in the Merillat Recital Hall, on the campus of C-SC. This event is free and open to the public.

Under the direction of Culver-Stockton College Music Department Chair, Trent Hollinger, Camerata 808 is renowned for its commitment to exploring new musical horizons. “Camerata 808 is a collection of chamber groups that focus on experimental and new music,” stated Hollinger. “May's concert will include several world premieres of student compositions, showcasing the talent and creativity of our students. Additionally, various chamber groups from percussion ensembles to clarinet quartets to mixed instrumental groups will be featured, promising a diverse and captivating musical experience for our audience.”
