We are here to help With plans that meet your needs
We get it
College can be expensive. We get it. After all the private scholarships and federal, state and institutional financial aid and scholarships are tallied you may be left with a balance. You would not be alone. In almost all cases, there will be a balance yet to pay.
Don't be Alarmed
C-SC offers an interest-free monthly payment plan for parents and students. For traditional undergraduate students, bills may be divided into three, four, or five installments for each semester. If you’d like to take advantage of this payment plan, there is a $50 fee to participate in the program for the semester. For online and graduate students, bills may be divided into three installments for each fall and spring terms. Online and graduate students will incur a $25 enrollment fee to participate in the program for the terms.
Student Billing
The Student Billing Office provides information on your bill (including how and when to pay it), refunds, financial holds, and cashier services. We will speak with parents regarding the student’s account only when there is a signed FERPA on file.
Ways to send Payments
The College accepts payment through the MyCulver intranet from Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Both credit and debit card payments are accepted as well as direct bank account transfers.
Refund Request
When a student has a credit balance on their account following the add/drop period of the semester, they can request to withdraw that money in the form of a check. Refund request forms can be found on MyCulver under the student tab, pay student account.
Payment Policies
As a C-SC student, you're ready to make your payment plans and get into the classroom. If you have questions about any of our policies, refer to your Student Handbook.
