Gina (Hagen) Driscoll earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Culver-Stockton College in 1983. During her time on campus, Driscoll assisted the Admissions Department with prospective student tours, was named a Sigma Phi Epsilon Golden Heart, performed on the Pom Pom squad, and became a member of the Alpha Xi Delta women’s fraternity, where she held several offices. She also earned the Hyatt scholarship for demonstrating leadership on campus.
Driscoll continued her education throughout her career with State Farm Insurance, earning her Illinois Producer License for property/casualty/life/health insurance along with Series 6 and 63 licenses for securities trading. Over the course of her 34-year-career with State Farm Insurance, Driscoll gained experience in property and casualty claims, event planning, marketing, and field sales leadership. Driscoll officially retired from the company on March 1, 2021.
She credits her time at Culver-Stockton College with instilling in her the importance of service learning, relationship building, and servant leadership; skills she relied on in her capacity at State Farm Insurance and through involvement with organizations in her community.
Driscoll first served as a member of the Culver-Stockton College Board of Trustees from 2008-2013, when she was the representative for the Alumni Board. She was formally elected to the Board in 2020 and currently serves on the Admission & Student Success Committee, Advancement & Marketing Committee, and the Investment Committee. She currently chairs the East Peoria Zoning Board of Appeals, and is a member of Peoria (Downtown) Rotary.
Driscoll and her husband, Steve, live in East Peoria, Ill., and enjoy cycling, jogging, visiting friends in Arizona, and annual trips to Galena, Ill.
