Meal Exchanges
Meal exchanges are available in the Cat's Pause and The Lab during posted Meal Exchange times. A meal exchange is using one of your meal "clicks" to choose from a limited combo menu in either location.
Meal Conflicts
There may still be times when a student misses a meal due to a schedule conflict. To arrange for a sack lunch, come to the main kitchen and see a full-time staff member.
Sick Trays
If you are unable to attend a meal due to illness, Dining Services will provide a sick tray. ALL sick trays consist of gelatin, soup, crackers and beverage. To acquire a sick tray, students must contact their RA or a friend to bring their ID to Dining Services during the normal meal hours and a member of the full-time staff will prepare the sick tray for the RA.
Special Diet
For students with a medical condition that requires a special diet, please contact the Director of Dining Services to discuss your needs. For those with a medical condition requesting adjustments to their meal plan, please send an email to accounting@culver.edu. Students will be sent the appropriate paperwork for their doctor to complete.
