Background
Lacy Harrison joined the Culver-Stockton faculty in 2022. She develops and teaches early childhood, elementary, and secondary education courses on topics such as foundations of education, classroom organization and management, mathematics methods in teaching, content literacy, and psychology and educating exceptional children. Harrison is the faculty sponsor of the Culver-Stockton Teacher Student Organization.
She was previously an elementary school teacher for 13 years in Northeast Missouri.
Harrison is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the National Rural Educators Association, and the Missouri Association of Colleges for Teacher Education.
Harrison lives in LaGrange, Mo., with her husband, Zach, and their two children.
