Fourteen students were recognized by Culver-Stockton College’s Office of Multicultural Development as a Scholar of Distinction recipient for the fall 2019 semester during a reception on Friday, Dec. 13.

CANTON, Mo. — Fourteen students were recognized by Culver-Stockton College’s Office of Multicultural Development as a Scholar of Distinction recipient for the fall 2019 semester during a reception on Friday, Dec. 13.

Andrea Bolden, coordinator of multicultural development and residence life, said the students were selected for their student leadership, commitment to personal achievement and academic excellence.

The students honored were:
Shaquille Barker, a senior business administration major from Bridgetown, Barbados
Jordan Billingsley, a sophomore elementary education major from St. Louis
Erin Brooks, a junior psychology major from Mascoutah, Ill.
H’aeneise Coopwood, a junior history education major from Joliet, Ill.
Kyle Edwards, a senior biology major from Fenton, Mo.
Kailee Gaither, a senior accountancy and finance major from Canton, Mo.
Rhiannon Hyde, a junior psychology major from Moscow Mills, Mo.
Erica Lundt, a junior history and political science major from Oak Brook, Ill.
Dahveed McKinney, a senior individualized major from Plano, Ill.
Thaddeus Newby, a master’s of business administration student from Chicago Heights, Ill.
Tra’e Patterson, a freshman business administration major from Pembroke Pines, Fla.
Michael Simon, a junior criminal justice major from St. Louis
Mason Vires, a senior business administration major from Clarkston, Mich.
Isaac Williamson, a freshman physical education major from Ashmore, Ill.
