The Art Department at Culver-Stockton College will present the multimedia installation work of Professor Danielle Yakle, set to take place in the Mabee Gallery beginning Thursday, Mar. 2, 2023. There will be an opening reception at 6 P.M. with an artist talk at 6:30 P.M. The Gallery will feature a multi-faceted artist’s unique and diverse art installation. Professor Yakle has the ability to use a vast array of tools and techniques to create fun and thought-provoking life-size people. She welds, cuts, glues, and manipulates forms that evolve into surprising results. Students will be shocked and amazed by the possibilities! The gallery opening is free and open to the public; the exhibition will be available from February 28 through March 31 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and by appointment.
