Dr. Douglas B. Palmer, president of Culver-Stockton College, has accepted the position of president of Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan. He will conclude his tenure at C-SC on June 30 and begin his new role in July.

In addition to serving as the Executive Director of the Tri-State Development Summit, Payne will serve as the College’s first Vice President for Economic and Workforce Development, transitioning from her current role as Vice President for Advancement and Marketing at Culver-Stockton College.
